Learn how to set up your first organization in Verex and understand available plans.
Creating Your First Organization
Once you log into Verex for the first time, you will be prompted to create your first organization. Simply:
- Enter your organization name.
- Click Create Organization.
- You will be automatically assigned to the Free plan.
Inviting Team Members
Organizations in Verex support team collaboration, allowing you to invite members to work together. Most plans allow unlimited members.
Roles & Permissions
Verex offers three roles with different levels of access:
- Owner: Full control over the organization, including billing, member management, and test execution.
- Admin: Can manage tests, invite members, and view billing information.
- Member: Can create, execute, and view test runs but cannot access billing details.
How to Invite Members
- Navigate to the Organization Settings.
- Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
- Select their role (Admin or Member).
- The invited user will receive an email with instructions to accept the invitation.
- If they do not have a Verex account, they will need to sign up before joining the organization.
- Once they accept the invitation, they can start setting up and running tests.
Understanding Plans & One-Time Credits
- Your first organization will receive One-Time Credits, allowing you to test Verex before committing to a paid plan.
- If you create additional organizations under your account, they will require a paid plan.
- We offer Basic and Pro plans, with an Enterprise plan available for custom needs.
